Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Camden Painters, a trading name of Ferizi Ltd (company number 15112503, VAT number 508797546), registered at 10 Waterson Street, London E2 8HL.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are fixed prices for the scope of work described. Any additional work agreed after the quote is issued will be priced separately and agreed in writing before proceeding.

Payment

A deposit of up to 25% may be requested before work begins to cover materials. The balance is due on completion. We accept bank transfer and card payments. We do not accept cash-only payment for jobs over £500.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time.

Our work

We take care in all the work we carry out. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the finished job, contact us within 7 days and we will return to assess and rectify the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern relates to the quality of our workmanship.

Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, or consequential losses.
